I was extremely paranoid about buying a container with so many scammers around - I was pleased when i found CSA were legit and friendly. They also allowed me to view exactly what containers were available on the lot, pick the one i wanted and pay how i felt comfortable with. Container was delivered on tilt tray when expected. 10/10 service.
Sent an enquiry through their website. No response at all. Then they sent an email to ask for feedback on their service. 🤷
Didn't answer my enquiry for a week. Purchased two from a business that answered promptly and had them delivered before a response from this business.
A seamless process from initial enquiry to eventual delivery of the 10m storage container. Every member of staff willingly shared their knowledge and provided good advice on the best deal to satisfy our needs. Installation was difficult but achieved through the experience and determination of the driver.
The person running this place is an incompetent. We went down from Bundaberg and chose a new container and paid for it on the spot. We get a message from the guy saying we hadn't paid enough for the container and it was going to be more. He seemed confused on the container we ordered but was adamant on costs. As we needed the container we had no choice but to pay extra. When the container was delivered it was not the one we chose and was much higher which is why it was to cost more. This man can't run a business and should give up. His service is terrible and he was abusive on the phone. I will never deal with them again 🤬
